Getting Started
How do I create my Player Card?
Go to axionhq.cc, customize your card in the builder (no account needed), then click 'Claim & Publish.' Sign in with Google, Discord, or Apple, complete the $4.99 checkout, and your card goes live instantly at axionhq.cc/yourusername.
Do I need to create an account first?
No. You can build and preview your card without signing in. You only need to sign in when you're ready to claim your username and pay — which takes under a minute using Google or Discord one-tap login.
What games and platforms are supported?
AXION is game-agnostic. You manually enter whatever stats, rank, and game info you want. This means it works for any game: Valorant, Mobile Legends, Free Fire, PUBG Mobile, Call of Duty, League of Legends, Fortnite, Apex, anything.
Is this a subscription?
No. AXION is a one-time payment of $4.99. Your card is yours permanently. No monthly fees, no renewals.
Payments and Purchases
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link (Stripe's one-click checkout). Payment is processed securely by Stripe.
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final. Because AXION delivers a digital product (a live URL) immediately upon payment, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. If your card was terminated for a Terms of Service violation, no refund is issued. If you believe there was a technical error with your purchase, contact support@axionhq.cc within 48 hours.
What are the optional add-ons?
You can add a Gold Verified Checkmark (+$1.99) next to your username, and Animated Particle Backgrounds (+$2.99) — choose from snow, fire sparks, or matrix rain. Both are one-time purchases added during checkout.
I paid but my card isn't active. What do I do?
Card activation normally happens within seconds of payment. If your card still shows 'Pending' after 5 minutes, email support@axionhq.cc with your username and the email address you used to sign in. Include 'CARD NOT ACTIVATED' in the subject line.
Managing Your Card
Can I edit my card after purchasing?
Yes — unlimited times, forever. Log in at axionhq.cc, go to your Dashboard, and click Edit. Changes go live instantly.
Can I change my username?
Yes, once every 30 days. Go to Dashboard → Edit → Username. Changing your username changes your live URL (axionhq.cc/newusername). Your old URL will stop working, so update your bio links after changing.
Can I have multiple cards?
Yes. Each card requires its own username and $4.99 purchase. All your cards appear in the Dashboard.
How do I put my card in my TikTok or Instagram bio?
After activating your card, copy your link (e.g., axionhq.cc/yourusername) from the Dashboard. On TikTok, go to Edit Profile → Website. On Instagram, add it to your bio link or use a link-in-bio tool.
How do I set my card as a Discord profile banner?
From your Dashboard, click 'Download as Image' to get a PNG of your card. You can then upload this as your Discord banner (requires Discord Nitro for profile banners).
Content and Account Issues
My card was taken down. Why?
Cards are removed for violating our Terms of Service — most commonly for prohibited images, usernames containing slurs, or bio content that includes hate speech or explicit material. You will receive an email to your registered address explaining the reason. No refund is issued for ToS violations.
I think my card was removed by mistake.
Contact support@axionhq.cc with your username and the email address on your account. Include 'CARD REMOVAL DISPUTE' in the subject line. We review all disputes within 3 business days.
Someone is impersonating me on AXION.
Email support@axionhq.cc with evidence of the impersonation (e.g., links to your real profiles, screenshots). We take impersonation seriously and will investigate within 2 business days.
How do I report a card that violates the rules?
Email support@axionhq.cc with the URL of the card and a brief description of the violation. We review all reports within 24 hours.
How do I delete my account?
Email support@axionhq.cc from your registered email address with 'DELETE MY ACCOUNT' in the subject line. We will delete your account and card data within 30 days. Payment records are retained for legal compliance purposes.
Technical Issues
The 3D tilt effect isn't working on my phone.
The gyroscope tilt requires your browser to have permission to access device motion sensors. On iOS (Safari), go to Settings → Safari → Motion & Orientation Access. On Android, most browsers allow this by default. If the tilt still doesn't work, try using Chrome.
My avatar or background image won't upload.
Images must be JPEG, PNG, WebP, or GIF format and under 2MB. If your image is larger, compress it at squoosh.app before uploading. If you see an error about 'content review,' the image may have been flagged by our moderation system — choose a different image.
My live card URL isn't showing a preview when I paste it on Discord.
Discord and other platforms cache link previews. After activating your card, wait a few minutes and try again. You can also use Discord's /embed refresh if you're a server admin. The preview image is automatically generated for every active card.
I can't log in with Google / Discord / Apple.
Make sure you're using the same login method you originally signed up with. If you continue to have issues, email support@axionhq.cc with your username or the email address you used.
